These terms govern your use of this website and the services offered by Ideas at Dawn™.

Services

Ideas at Dawn provides proposal operations consulting, including the ProposalOps System™ implementation and the ProposalOps Diagnostic Intensive. Engagement scope and pricing are confirmed in writing before any work begins.

Diagnostic Intensive

The Diagnostic Intensive is a 90-minute session priced at $497. If Ideas at Dawn cannot identify at least three high-impact improvements to reduce proposal turnaround time or fire drills, your $497 Diagnostic Intensive fee will be refunded. The Diagnostic fee may be credited toward a full implementation if the client proceeds under the existing offer terms.

No Guaranteed Results

Operational improvements such as 30–50% faster turnaround represent the intended, typical outcome of the engagement and are not guaranteed results for every firm.
